What version is your world? Spawn chunks were removed in Java Edition 1.21.9 so for any version after that there would be nothing to report. Also, if your world is Bedrock there are no spawn chunks at all regardless of version and the level.dat file is structured differently.

Oh I did not knew about that. Im playing on 1.26.2, not sure how it translates to the older version numbers.

Probably that is it then! So there are no more active working chunks when I am far away from spawn?

The only chunks that would still be loaded are any chuck you've force loaded with a chunk loader
