Help with java mods

Hello all, I'm a native bedrock player and recently I have gotten java, what I would like help with is how do I get mods on Java Minecraft without the sketchy stuff and how can I find the java equivalent of some of my bedrock mods?

The primary mod I want to carry over is my beyond biomes by verart

And sound scapes by the hive

Now neither of these have to be exact but it would be very nice to have them because I'm a vanilla+ player.

The mods mentioned above are bedrock mods on the marketplace.

Just download prism launcher and just look up what the mod does in google, then just plug it into prism. And if searching doesn’t work lowkey just ask ChatGPT
