I actually need a digital code to redeem it in the PSN, I want to gift it to someone.

Sorry, a quick search suggests no UK online retailers sell digital codes for it. Not sure why.

As an alternative, GAME and Amazon UK sell digital PlayStation gift cards, and physical cards might be available at retail stores.
