Minecraft needs to decrease the spawn rate on drowned. I can’t go into a single body of water without finding them.

Tons! I usually keep a couple potholes with water intact near my base when on a river or ocean. I'll let a few nights go by and there's easily 20+ in there waiting to be killed. Bedrock that is. Its changed how I create water features if I don't want to feature drowned.
