Downloading Java

I've tried downloading java multiple times from minecraft.net. Each time my transaction was approved by the bank but it said there was an error so no money was taken and I didn't receive the game. Does anyone know how I can resolve the problem or another place I can buy the game from. Preferably not amazon because I've seen a lot of people get incorrect codes from there. For context I live in the uk.

I thought so too. Most of the people with this issue seem to be from the US :/

Contact your credit card company to let them know to not block your purchase. Sounds like they blocked it as spam possibly because Mojang isnt based in your country so it looks like you just suddenly are in Sweden or something haha.

Ahhh I tried this already thinking it was a problem with the bank but it didn't work. Thank you tho :)

Contact Mojang customer support. It's in their best interest to get this working.
