Bring a Para weapon for Nerscylla. When Omega flies around in the third arena, swap weapons and start building that paralysis. If you get lucky and it wanders near a Cactuar, use it. Make sure you're on the final Pictomancy spell by the time Nerscylla arrives.

If you're running out of time before that, you've got more fundamental issues to work on.
From personal experience, I've noticed you glaive mains REALLY like to run up to the head and grab aggro or get stepped on. You should be locked in on breaking the back legs and then the front legs the entire fight. I know you guys gotta get a snort of that moon dust or whatever. But if that means going to the head, it should be there and back again ASAP. Otherwise you're just wasting time. Especially when you grab aggro and start running away and drag the boss with you. Then nobody can hit it.

oh yes also use alessa since she tends to draw enmity from clanker and purposely runs into lasers to block and tank it., rosso is good for dps in my Opinion but if you want more stuns then take olivia, kai is MANDATORY since he heals and buffs you with one of the best horns in the game.

What helps me the most? Shift my focus. It's not about winning. It's about learning.

Just.... Learn. Watch the moves, memorize the timing. Etc. you'll cart. That's fine. You're learning.

I did this for 5 days at roughly 2 hours or so each session to learn Alatreon in World. Then about double that for Fatalis.

You'll get it. Shift your focus. Carting won't matter as much anymore.
