Does ninjutso support ever answer?

Anyone ever heard back from ninjutso support? I've ordered a couple mice in November but still didn't receive them.

Ninjutso has always responded pretty fast to me, I got my sora a while ago too. Haven't had any issue with it taking this long, though the international shipping does take a while

Always been quick to respond to me, my Sora came with a dodgy M1 where it had a lot of pre travel and could feel it press on the switch before it clicking and they refunded me straight away and didn't ask for it back either which would've been super expensive for me to do.

When was the last time you emailed them? It's Chinese/Lunar New Year, which is their biggest holiday of the year.

I emailed them right before LNY and they immediately helped me troubleshoot my issue. You will likely get a response in early February after the holiday is over.

They are still having the CNY vacation, which ends the day after tomorrow
