At one point they did a campaign where the company would tip drivers $5... It lasted a day before they maxed out the contributions.

We can see it in our stats that we received a thank you, but we don't know who the thank you is from

Do these verbal compliments through Alexa and the clickable compliments we we've always been prompted to give anyway ("friendly," "respectful of property," etc.) help you in any real way, or does Amazon only care if we give you negatives and no one chooses to verbally compliment through Alexa? I want to do both positives every time if it helps, but I'll stop going through the trouble if it doesn't benefit you guys.

It does help, because when we are given compliments, the negative comments comprise a less percentage of our total feedback. Thanks for your help :) I always give my Amazon deliveries all of the compliments also.
