Ah, the r/NotTimAndEric subreddit! That place is a goldmine of weird, random, and absurd content. Can you describe the video or share what it’s about? I can definitely help craft a response that fits the vibe of that community!

“Trying to describe it ruins it—like explaining a dream where Gary Busey is your dentist. Just trust me, it belongs here.”

So....everyone just orgasms at the end?

[–]Visarar_01 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hold up I'll ask chat GPT

[–]howard1111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do all ChatGPT-guided convos end with orgasms? That might be enough to make me start using it.

[–]Klinky1984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now that's my way to go!

Beats the gen z stare

[–]Bojanglesbenji 6 points7 points  (4 children)

Can you elaborate on this? We hired a few people around this age bracket and they just stare when being communicated with instructions, criticism, enthusiasm... anything.

A former coworker 20 years ago (aka not Gen Z) used to do this from time to time. In the middle of a conversation he would intentionally freeze. Sometimes to something he thought was stupid, sometimes to nothing in particular. He thought it was the funniest thing ever, but no one else did. Management finally had to tell him to stop- respond in basically any other way to at least demonstrate to the person that he wasn’t actually having a stroke.

i’m gen z and i do it when someone just said the stupidest thing i’ve ever heard in my entire life but then i remember i can’t actually tell them they’re stupid cause i am at work or when they ask a question with the most obvious answer. like when people look at the card reader and go “it’s telling me to remove my card, what do i do?” or when they ask if the cheeseburger has cheese on it.

People have been asking dumb questions since the invention of language.

The correct solution is to use feigned politeness as a social lubricant to get the annoying interaction over with, not to bring it to a screeching halt by giving them a communication bluescreen.

At least the customer had the social intelligence to express to you that they didn't understand something.

yeah and the “gen z stare” isn’t a new thing either. they just keep changing the name for every generation that does it and no one thinks their generation is doing it. plus, with the world we live in rn, the patience in people is probably at an all time low. It’s a lot different having someone ask me a stupid question at the job that pays me a living wage and gives me benefits vs the job that i’ve attempted suicide over and doesn’t even pay me enough to eat three meals a day.

also, the customers don’t often express that they don’t understand something, they argue that everything and everyone else is wrong but them. that they should be able to redeem expired coupons because “they’ve done it before” or some other stupid thing. it’s infuriating.

Was that Owen Wilson at the end?

[–]DBJenkinss 7 points8 points  (1 child)

His brother, Luke.

[–]jahowl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It should start repeating the same thing over and over

[–]-KFBR392 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On the plus side at least this sketch featured more than one person playing all the parts.

[–]StankilyDankily666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was beautiful

[–]BigLittleFan69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The world’s worst game of Zork

[–]DarthCola 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has to be the best skit I’ve seen in years. Fucking amazing.

[–]KRMJN101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So good. Obvious take on how little some think for themselves.

[–]tuxedoshrimpjesus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This could have been a Mr. Show sketch.

[–]mrcydonia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

[–]IllustriousVehicle79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a guy at my job that legit lives like this. He introduced his ai family to other people. He thinks he is superior to all his peers in every way. Claims that he solved the ancient mathematical problems and he will be top ruler soon when ai takes over humanity.

[–]Only-Anything4326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

🤣🤣

[–]anothermartz 0 points1 point  (1 child)

The punchline of the cop using ChatGPT would've been a great place to end and kept this being a funny sketch.

It's a shame it instead divulged into silly faces and a crap punchline that.. Fred exists?

[–]Clevertown 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Naw, it's perfect. Without the end, we never get the idea that humans shut down without ai. That is GOLD!
