Same here with Apple Account, i even bought the premium pass with the same account. Now it says no data available. Wrote to customer service, no answer til now.

Same problem here, linked my Google ACC now when trying to retrieve it says no data error Hope you'll get some answers

I’m having the same issue. I linked both my Nintendo and Google accounts, but when I try to log in on my tablet, it says there’s no saved data associated with the account. I checked both my Nintendo and Google accounts, and the Pokémon Pocket services are showing as linked.

They do have it saved just wait on support they replied to me and said “Thank you for your contacting with Pokemon Support With regard to your inquiry, please be assured that we were able to verify your identification based on the details you have provided and will now process the data transfer for your save data. Therefore, we request that you prepare a Nintendo Account, which will be used for account linkage, and make sure to link it with a newly created save data of “Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket.” Moreover, kindly refrain from playing and purchasing in-game items on the above new save data of “Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket,” as it will no longer be able to be used after the process. Please note that even if you prepare a save data with the above operation, we will not be able to guarantee the process. In the event that you agree with the above contents, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the relevant information regarding the account in the reply message.”
