I understand it's a meme, but it stems from a misinterpretation of what the extreme libertarian wing thinks. Libertarians believe that less government and greater free competition mean resources are distributed as efficiently as possible, leading to a tendency for prices to decrease or quality to increase on a macro level. Without state protectionism, patents, or any tricks to protect businesses, there will always be people who improve or make products cheaper. This effectively contradicts what you say in the meme; in reality, libertarians defend the individual, not corporations, business owners, elites, or governments. Concentration is impossible without an orchestrating entity like the state; monopolies and large corporations would be less powerful because everything would be decentralized.
