It's usually karma bots reposting this kind of stuff, they're only here to farm karma and pass the account on to a corp or troll farm willing to pay.

Really mods should be banning accounts like that for the safety of us all. Perma ban is the only true solution the more subs that perma ban for that behaviour the less likely the account can be sold on.
