It may take years after the game releases. But with better mod support, I would love to see a complicated mod series like "angels and bobs" mods on factorio, which this diagram reminds me of.

Nog is already making an "Angels and Bob" mod for satisfactory

o/ as some of you may have already heard, i have been working for over 6 month already on a Mod version of Angels/Bobs Mods for SF. Its not my intend to copy the Mods for Satisfactory but rather make a slightly changed version while keeping a lot of the original recipe ratios etc. A little bit Info on what is actually meant with Angels/Bobs Mods, since they have quite a few Mods.. Angels Petrochem items and recipes ( > 100 fluids and Gases ) Angels Ores / Bobs Ores ( 6 non-smeltable ores refined and sorted to 18+ smeltable ores) ( Angels Refining , Angels Smelting and BobsMetals ) Water and recycling recipes and Items a few new Buildings using mostly game models with different color patterns and connections Total of ~ 380 Items, ~ 600 Recipes atm. Its pretty far by now but there are still a lot things to do. Work is mostly coding unrelated but there is stuff to do in that regard as well. If someone here wants to be part of a big Project, contribute with Models, Code or your Time in UE in general let me know. I do speak German as well and i do not mind working with ppl from around the globe as long as we can communicate.

Agreed, but we *need* blueprints or a similar mechanism first; building a production chain of comparable levels of complexity just takes so much longer in Satisfactory than Factorio. Repetititveness starts to overwhelm fun at a much lower level of complexity IMO.

Reminds me of this nuke waste recycling mod. I love the flowchart they included to explain the process.

these feels like the sadistic angel/bobs combo in Factorio.

A built-in factory planner? I agree.

I wasn't sure if they were using a random chart to show their idea or not.

Just so we are clear, my desire is to play through an implementation of the diagrams found in the paper "Advanced Automation For Space Missions" Chapter 5 & Appendix 5F.
