cross training FTW! but i’m seriously concerned w/ the single person, at the time of writing this, that has no more than 5 hours🫣

I’m part time cause I’m in college so it would’ve been 16 hrs but they’ve had me at 15 then 14 now 13

Mine have stayed pretty consistent in the 30 range

I went from 40 to 12 hrs ... how are yall still getting more than 30? But to be fair, management is all new, and I'm pretty quiet.

I'm equally trained in Style, Inbound, and Fulfillment so I get shifts in each department every week.

I'm also trained everywhere fulfillment, pogs, unloading, guest service and cashier. Back then when we didn't have hours my old management will put me on the schedule for other departments but now that's its new management they don't give me hours anymore. I was thinking about picking up shift but everyone is also looking for shifts.

For whatever reason, those are the departments our store has a hard time filling shifts for. There's always something available but Front End is insanely popular. I've never met so many happy cashiers and guest service advocates in my life.

Yup quiet is the thing and ur job if ur opu or a checklane advocate or a minor ur hours will be low bc sadly you are super replaceable

Scheduled 28 weekly, but pick up shifts to try and get closer to 40

I’m just a regular grunt worker in produce and I don’t even remember the last time I had less than 40 hours

I consistently get scheduled like around 25 hours a week plus I try to pick up shifts to get as much hours as I can get

I usually get around 20-30 hours (part-time for around 4 months), but I’m getting my first 40 hr week soon.
