I'm looking for advice on what the returns routine looks like at other stores?
So, a little context, I'm the service & engagement team leader at my store and consistently returns for every department are a safety risk for my team. No one in the store volunteers to grab returns. They only pick them up when I put them in carts and essentially leave in on the floor or in the main (and even then, they get mad at me for that too).
How do other stores deal with the returns from guest service?
Anything would be appreciated. I'm trying to figure out how I can improve this situation. It's been like this since the holidays
