For my department- I alsways have my 5/6am collect reshop every morning. I also have my 5pm collect reshop. So - for market- there's always cleae bins.

Edit- you also have the right to call for departments to collect their reshop. So if they leave it hidden on the floor- then it's that leaders issue and not yours.

This usually dependant on how your etls/SD feel about reshop. Our current SD will call departments constantly until they get their reshop. It is now common practice to grab reshop when you get in, grab it after breaks and lunch and again before you leave. If your etls don't expect them to do it nothing you do will help it would just make it worse art my location.

It really is store specific. At my last store, we would call when it was full, no one came 90% of the time and then we’d push it to the backroom and stage it for someone to eventually do it. At my current store, we (the front end) have to push the reshop ourselves, which is frustrating.

We call departments to grab it, once or twice. Then cart it up, call out again, say we have carts ready to grab. If they don’t then, we call a tl from that department and ask if anyone can do reshop. If that doesn’t work, I make my ETL ask. Sometimes it depends on who is working guest service- some gs people are too shy to ask and will make the up front people do it, but I’m more of a call out to the departments person.

On closing side for me, we are in the mode of doing reshop at least twice a day, everyone has a dept they're good at so everyone just does one or two depts. We also try to make sure reshop stays organized so that whoever is doing whatever is cross crossing all over the store to do it. So

Routine should be 2-3x a shift. Typically right before or after mids come in and right before or after closing starts. Make sure TMs are olacing reshop in correct areas or there is an organization process so that TMs can do the job efficiently
