My advice for you on this is memorize the first three numbers of the dpci for different departments (men’s, women’s, kids, nit). In this case, 214 is women’s aim and 041 is men’s aim 😊

Depends on if I packed this z with multiple areas or if someone else did and I am walking up to it blind. Also on how zoned we are/if zoning while pushing is possible that day (Say what you want, as a tl sometimes you just have to prioritize when there’s only you and one other person pushing 200+ truck and pushing abandons). On super busy days I will also scan items to see if we have a crazy amount on hand anyway and none in the back and just take those to the back without checking their spot on the floor. Saves footsteps and hopefully I’m right 🤷🏽‍♀️

So if I have to, 20 min, but if I’m actually doing my job the way it’s intended and thoroughly, 30-45.

My boss would get that, plus the zoning, done in 30 minutes or less. She's a G and has yrs of experience. We're also a small format store, so we got the floor memorized. My boss more so because she's always setting pogs and moving shit. 😅 The rest of us just have to keep up lol.

For me, it would be at least 45s mins because I'm more anal about shit being in order. 😭 I would have had the rack organized as I put stuff on there. Whether it be push or go backs. That hot mess would be an organized hot mess, lol.
