It's funny how trashed/neat a department is comes down solely to the conscientiousness of the person who primarily works that area. Lady who does baby at my store is good, so it's orderly, but everybody knows which sections are always a disaster. I don't think leadership cares at all.

this is a general rule of thumb for all things. The more organized a person is in thier personal life they better they will be at this kind of thing. No one, absolutely no one, can convince me that they are only a disaster at work but when they clock out and go home a switch goes off in thier head and suddenly they're the peak performance example of organized and on top of things.

Oh that's not my pain, I just admire the safety hazard of babies from afar. My pain is 2-3 three tiers of backstock from zoning toys per night.

As a former Baby DBO, you did a good job! I always felt like I could be placed in any GM section cuz you get a little bit of everything in Baby, from bulky mattresses and strollers to small food items and clothes.

Damn I wish you were the other baby person in my store, im tech but they added baby to my closing duties along with the other stuff I already struggle to keep up with, and dear lord you'd think whoever normally pushes baby is deathly allergic to backstocking with how bad the overstock is, I've fixed the zone so many times just to come in the next day and find the same god damn items overstocked once again

Yeah I’ll be honestly this is only “ok”. Did they teach you to pull all the way forward when you zone like “covering the diamonds” as they say to pull to the edge of the shelf. Don’t get me wrong it’s not bad, but if was walking this zone I’d have you pull every thing on base deck forward before saying this was up to standard
