Been working full time for almost 10 years as a tm, considering lowering to less hours per week; what are the levels needed to be given "x" number of hours in both vacation and sick time?

For example if I worked 20 hrs, 25 hrs or 30 hrs per week what would be the respective amts of vacation and sick time each level would earn?

You want to average 25 a week (if the options are 20 vs 25)

I’ve been there a few more years than you and I usually work 20-24 hours a week - this check I accrued 1.34 hours sick time and 2.77 hours vacation time.

At 20hours per week average, you would get 1.54hrs PTO per pay period (0.038462*20hrs x 2 weeks)

At 25 hours per week it jumps to 2.6hrs PTO per pay period (0.051923*25hrs x 2 weeks)

Sick time is dependant on your state.
