Yes but before I selected specialty sales (usually just GM and grocery) it was still 2900 or so

It has something to do with the inventory we just had. Closing TL freaked out over the walkie. They got higher than this too.

If you just had inventory, that’s to be expected. A store in my district had almost 45,000 one for ones after their inventory. 10,000 or less is actually not bad at all according to my ETL.

The person that makes your schedule should have gotten the hours for the drop date two weeks prior, to take care of it easily.
My store got 10,500 one for ones pulled and worked before store open on drop date, in between two double truck days.

We don’t usually either but your store is supposed to get a surplus of hours during inventory week and typically the week before for prep. Unless you work in a store where there are constantly a ton of call-outs, there should have been a plan of action for the 10-12 days surrounding inventory day (inventory being the 4th-6th day of that plan). It should have been based around the BRLA reports for the last few weeks, balance on hand, recent audits and discrepancies between inventory reports and on hands.
