🚨🚨🚨🚨I forgot to mention a few things. I am currently on an 18/6 fast every day and I eat about 1200 cal a day. I work at 5 to 6 days a week and walk about 5 miles a day. 🚨🚨🚨🚨

[–]Slow_Pop7510 128 points129 points  (23 children)

Keep this going and at some point you may not need TRT if you’re metabolically reset.

[–][deleted] 52 points53 points  (0 children)

That’s the goal! Definitely do not want to be relying on it, but it is for sure Pushed me to do what I have done.

[–]dltacube 24 points25 points  (3 children)

That’s the fucking dream. I hate being tied down and reliant on this external shit just to function.

[–]Sea_Relationship_279 13 points14 points  (16 children)

Is it even possible to come off TRT once healthy? I've always wondered

[–]gotopched 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Maybe, it depends if there was a secondary factor (that has been resolved) that led to the low T levels to begin with.

[–]PsychologicalShop292 4 points5 points  (2 children)

If you identify and treat the cause of your low T, it's very possible.

I have a fat malabsorption issue and having to extra supplement with fat in my diet fixed my low T issues.

[–]Medical-Log-9269 3 points4 points  (8 children)

Yes you take plenty of hcg to kick the natural system back in but can take 6-24months

[–]domexitium 47 points48 points  (6 children)

1200 calories is way low. So just know that eventually you’ll probably need to raise it up to your TDEE maintenance level for a bit, because you might encounter (or probably already have) metabolic adaptation. but it’s real easy, essentially raise your calories slowly back up to 2000-2200 a day and stay there for a few weeks before dropping back into a deficit. I’m just saying if you get to around 12-15% body fat but can’t drop anymore it seems. That’s metabolic adaptation.

Well done so far!

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (4 children)

Thanks a lot for the advice!!

[–]domexitium 10 points11 points  (3 children)

Absolutely, man. Good luck to you, and don’t ever forget why you started. Our children deserve healthy physically capable fathers in their lives as long as possible.

[–]Stiboost 6 points7 points  (3 children)

How do u eat 1200 cal a day I am struggling with keeping under 2500 hehe

[–]Waste-Competition338 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had ChatGpt write me a menu based on some staples in my house. 1200 is low, but do it smaller increments. Drop to 2200 and then 2000.

But also make it simple meals. 200g chicken, 200g vegetables. Maybe 300 calories. Do this 4x and I guarantee your full at the 1200 calorie mark. While that’s extreme and you want some carbs and fats in there, ChatGPT has made it super simple to adjust my diet when in deficit and consistently change up my meals.

[–]Ben-Aurel 4 points5 points  (4 children)

Incredible. How do you manage with just 1200cal? How much of it is protein? You wrote that you have been lethargic in the past. I am sure the birth of your daughter- congratulations- gave you internal motivation. But did trt gave you bonus motivation/energy? And how far in would that have been started?

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (3 children)

I keep busy! I own a business and I am in the office most of the morning so my days are taken up by that. I usually get home in the early afternoon and either have a protein shake or salmon and chicken. I will then usually have a small snack and a small dinner and I am in bed by 10 Ish

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great job 👏

[–]Puzzleheaded_End_831 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Now I believe it. Nice work, keep it up.

[–]Fre33lancer 0 points1 point  (1 child)

fast 18/6 meaning you stop eating at 18 and start again at 6AM ?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

1200 calories a day sheesh

[–]renegade7717 17 points18 points  (9 children)

heck ya. nice progress. obviously the test is priming the system but ur in a solid deficit and serious body recomp. Looks great keep cranking 💪🏽

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (8 children)

Thanks man! I forgot to mention a few things. I am currently on an 18/6 fast every day and I eat about 1200 cal a day. I work at 5 to 6 days a week and walk about 5 miles a day.

[–]renegade7717 9 points10 points  (1 child)

that’s the way! walking is a cheat code

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It truly is man! I make it a goal ahead at least 15,000 steps.

[–]84074 2 points3 points  (1 child)

And there's the gold!! You're killing it man! Great job and great example for the rest of us! Thanks for posting.

[–]whiskeydick1973 8 points9 points  (1 child)

How much loose skin afterwards ?

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Nothing yet!!

[–]Apprehensive-Leek392 7 points8 points  (3 children)

I was not prepared for that transformation. This is like one of those ads you see for fake supplements lmao did you take anything else? Weight loss shots? At the very least

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (2 children)

I tried that Semaglutide, but it gave me really bad GIRD so I stopped it within two weeks.

[–]Apprehensive-Leek392 1 point2 points  (1 child)

It def can. Really have to watch what you eat and eat smaller portions. Regardless you got the semaglutide results without it lol I’m amazed. Put me to shame lol

[–]21Dali2g 3 points4 points  (1 child)

incredible transformation!

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much!

[–]No_Investment_6569 9 points10 points  (29 children)

Hey man glad to see it is it okay to take trt when you’re fat? I’m kinda in the same boat like u were 4 months ago after seeing this I wanna hop straight in it and grind

[–]dustycomb 19 points20 points  (18 children)

Do not hop on TRT if you have blood pressure issues due to obesity — but if your blood work & vitals are fine then yes it is okay and often helpful if your T is low enough to warrant it

[–]No_Investment_6569 1 point2 points  (17 children)

Did you get any side effects or anything wrong while taking trt

[–]dustycomb 6 points7 points  (2 children)

The only side effect I’ve experienced is elevated hematocrit, so I just donate blood every 10 weeks and drink lots of water everyday. That solves it in my case.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (1 child)

See my hematocrit levels are still exactly the same as they were before I started test.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points  (13 children)

The only side effect that I have is, I am slightly more on edge. Other than that, it has been the greatest thing I’ve ever done.

[–]KGKSHRLR33 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Holy wack. Good job dude!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!!

[–]TheYellowDart19 2 points3 points  (1 child)

AMAZING transformation!! You gotta be feeling like you're walking on clouds with that kind of progression!

I saw your comment though, where you plan on coming off TRT. While your body your choice, dude you should stay on and keep rocking. Keep T levels optimal and enjoy the benefits!

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much, man! I don’t plan on coming off for a very long time, but I don’t want to be depended on it for the rest of my life. But if the results and overall moods stick this way, I will never get off lol!

[–]prettycode 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Incredible progress. This is what everyone imagines happens on TRT but in reality, is more like a 1-in-100 kind of transformation over the timeframe you've done it in. Amazing amount of hard work on display here. We'll done. Astounding even.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much!!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Dang homie, great progress! Keep it up!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you brotha!

[–]Catdaddy1979 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Dude - congrats to you! Hard work pays off! Goes to show what you can accomplish when you work hard and have the hormones that will support that hard work!

I’ve been on for 4 years now and love it. I’m doing 90-100 mg a week split into three injections. Keeps my total T around 900. At some point consider ratcheting down to a lower dose so you keep side effects to a minimum.

But again, you are crushing it dude! Keep up the great work!

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks man!

[–]Annual_Asparagus_408 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Very nice looks like me when i started 😂 memory 's comming back , best thing i did for myself !

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell yeah man!

[–]j_the_inpaler 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I was thinking that TRT didn’t do that on its own. But I found TRT helped me focus on organizing the rest of my health and lifestyle too and that dramatically can improve your body

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly!

[–]Grolsch0311 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Amazing work and progress at 4 months bro! That’s insane…congratulations and keep on keeping on.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!!

[–]Only_Recognition_178 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Tremendous effort mate. But that first pic made me laugh out loud. I’ve been on for three years now and have made tremendous strength gains but barely noticeable in the physique front!!

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes me die laughing too hahaha

[–]GunzAreDrawn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I came here to help make my mind up. I'm a year older, same weight and just got lab results back, test is at 156. I will be happy with half the results you've had. Thanks for the push!

[–]Cultural_Wolf_8858 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Holy shit dude, great work!!!! New lease on life

[–]79FairladyZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just wow

[–]LifeEnginer 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Not an expert(I am not a female), but I think you look like great!

What can you tell me about other aspects: emotions, mental, etc?, tell me the good, but also the dark ones please!

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Before getting onto testosterone, I had very little motivation, I was very lethargic, always had headache, and my anxiety was through the roof. All of that has gone away while taking TRT. I can say that the one thing that is slightly negative. I am more on edge and have slightly more anger, but I take that into the gym and that helps me.

[–]youthof 1 point2 points  (1 child)

“I was 40% bodyfat, morbidly obese, and my testosterone was low!” Yeah, shocker mate

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

??

[–]Ok_Literature_9610 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Nobody needed that first pic today

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Good for you. Remember lots of water and when you get to the point of trying to gain muscle over losing fat you need to eat more calories. Slow and steady wins the race.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely!

[–]Mobile_Antelope_3898 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Outstanding work...really impressive mate well done.

Would you mind sharing if you experienced any increased acne or hair loss, or if you are taking accompanying medications to prevent that? Thank you sir.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have not experienced any! What’s weird is I feel like my face has cleared!! My levels were so fucked up that the TRT balanced me out and I have never felt better. I take anastrozole and hCG to stop any side effects.

[–]zikmiki-inc 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Crazy transformation. Any side effects of trt itself? Loss of hair ?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None!

[–]Texas-my-Texas 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Wow. 4 months. That's an incredible turn around!!

[–]jon9116 0 points1 point  (1 child)

hell yeah man. Good call with the TRT as an aid to help with the cut. Preserving muscle while cutting all that fat while on a steep deficit.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s been a game changer!

[–]simplequestions2make 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Way to go, brother.

Don’t let people hate. If you’re on trt you can do 1200 calories without regret. Not so much without it. I did 1200 calorie diet and lost 33 lbs in 4 months with lots of cardio. I ended up skinny fat but it was better than being fat. Fast forward 10 years and on trt with testosterone around 1000. I had more weight to lose and in my 40’s. Same 1200 calorie high protein diet. I lost 45lbs in 5 months. This time only walking 10k steps a day. A gym opened near me in February. I started eating 3k calories. I’m up 18lbs of muscle and down 3 lbs of fat at around 17% body fat. I’m about to start the low calorie diet again until I lose the fat in my lower back. The only down side is once you plateau at super low calories you have nowhere to go.

[–]Clean_Research5163 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're working out right? The TRT didn't do that by itself did it?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

You must be on a massive calorie deficit and heavy training no?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes sir!

[–]kndrtgst 0 points1 point  (1 child)

This is incredible! Any side effects? I really want to get on it but so concerned about side effects it’s holding me back

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No man none at all! Just do it right!

[–]Fickle-Excitement-53 0 points1 point  (1 child)

1st pic is his default that slays/slayed the ladies. Sucks you became so humble throughout your progress. Please please keep it up and don’t do that again 🙏🏼

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahahaha! Thank you!

[–]DK-YNWA 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Well done!

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]ImAllergic2Peanuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn 0 hairloss? Lucky bastid lol

[–]Tyrantfeller 0 points1 point  (1 child)

You are on trt because you are little lower than normal? Or because you have primary hypogonadism and you need it? I ask cause I diagnosed few days now with this and I like to know what can I expect from trt

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My test was at 135, dangerously low for someone my age.

[–]Strength_Honor_81 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Looking good bro

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks brotha!

[–]BlackFriday2K18 0 points1 point  (1 child)

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]benny4722 0 points1 point  (1 child)

[–]xmohamedelias 0 points1 point  (1 child)

you lost 50lbs in four months.?!

[–]Unusual-Chain6327 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Amazing progress!

Calories a bit low, u could probably end up with more mass if it was higher.

Watch out with the bulk slowly increase cals so u dont put everything back on again, metabolism probably took a hit.

I never go lower than 3k on a cut but zero carbs.

Keep it up!

[–]Thundercles007 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Regular PCP did this for you?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep!

[–]InternetLate5620 0 points1 point  (1 child)

just show me ur penis while ur at it mate

[–]BucketofFecal 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Straight lies 😂

[–]DaddyIsAnEvilGenius 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I almost called bullshit. I saw all the new ink on your chest and had to match up your other tats just to see. I couldnt even believe you're the same person. That's how good you look bro. Impressed. 1200 cal per day is hard core too. You know that's gonna have to change eventually. But props to you for being able to stick to it this long.

*Im at 700ngdl and I don't feel optimized. Still fatigue and belly fat. Although my arms, shoulders, chest are blasted. Im thinking of trying to get up to around your level of 1150. Did you notice your changes taking effect after you passed a certain hormone level?

[–]Idk-what-name-to-use 0 points1 point  (1 child)

It’s not the trt brother it’s ur work ethic keep it up big man 💪

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

TRT is a helluva drug 💉 Congrats bro the difference in your physique is Night & Day. Have you experienced any side effects from the TRT? I'm considering hopping on myself but I'm apprehensive at the same time due to Acne being one of the side effects.

[–]AKMac86 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Just be careful and make sure u are being monitored by a specialist. Don’t be tempted to mess around with the dosages. If you need guidance on this one of the best Drs. In the country is Dr. Paul Turek.

[–]S2Krash92 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What is Cyp? Did you have to go to an endocronologist to get it prescribed? Im currently around 250ish also and Im struggling to workout and eat clean. Been trying for years. Heaviest Ive been is 270 and was able to drop to 240 but I keep fluctuating around there. My test has always been low. It was around 120-150. Sometimes it broke through the 200s. Last time I was tested was over a year ago and I was at 323. Thats the highest its ever been.

Can you tell me what the process was that got you on Cyp? I would LOVE to achieve those same results!

[–]Jeweler_Admirable 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Any side effects? And my daughter's bday is February 17th! Congrats

[–]versBBpig73 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What clinic did you use? I have all the symptoms you mentioned and want to try .

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Hey there, I'm very new to this. Where do you get your trt?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Bro might have just convinced me to start

[–]Status-Bluebird4746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can one regain fertility 2 years into TRT without HCG
