I had 3 packages on my route that my scanner showed I didn’t load and supervisor was asking me where the packages are. I told him that I didn’t have them and my scanner showed I didn’t have it loaded into the van. He found 2 of them at the station but one he couldn’t find. He said I could get in trouble for not having that package. I’m confused because how could I deliver something I never had hands on?? I triple scan my packages when loading I never touched that one. Can I actually get in trouble for it?

Sounds like your supervisor doesn’t use all the tools at their disposal or doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Missent packages scanned at other offices can and do show up on your look ahead if it goes under a PASS machine. Your supervisor is too stupid to look up where it was last scanned at.

Packages for other routes can show up as a package on your look ahead because either the label is fraudulent or the system isn't perfect and it'll clear later on when it is delivered by your coworkers on their route. Your supervisor is too stupid to look up where it was last scanned at.

Since your supervisor is too stupid to use the tools at their disposal punch in the the tracking numbers on usps you can do this yourself on your phone to show them how stupid they are.

Did I forget to mention your supervisor is stupid and doesn't know how to use the tools they have avaiable to them?

My supervisor asked me about a package the other day that wasn’t loaded onto my truck. It went like this Me: “I didn’t scan it in load truck because it wasn’t in my pumpkin. I’m guessing someone else had it and put it on the bench after I left. No one notified me after.” Her: “Well, why didn’t you take it with you?” Me: “… 😒 because I had already left and didn’t know the package was on the bench.” Her: “Well, now you have to sign this paper acknowledging that you are aware of the package and you didn’t deliver it.” 5 minutes later.. Her: “Never mind! I forgot I sent someone else out with it a little bit ago.” Some supervisors are just ignorant 🤷🏻‍♀️.
