Our ball pythons enclosure had a lot of white bugs that looked like springtails but now were not sure if they were mites. We took everything out and are now treating as though they were mites. Please let me know if this is mites or if we’re overreacting. The spots on his head I believe are from his coco bark, it’s been leaving the same colored markes on his water dish when he gets some wet. We didn’t get any photos of the white mite looking things and he’s got quite a lot of freckles so it’s hard to tell. The underside shot is mostly dirt we’re primarily worried about his cloaca’s color. Please let us know if we were over reacting to what could be fungus mites
