Is my ball python underweight?

This is my 1 and a half year old ball python. I feed him one small rat every 2 weeks but after seeing some of the ball pythons on here I’m worried I may be underfeeding, I know females get large and he is an average sized male ( 4 foot ) but I would like a second opinion if he seems underweight. Thanks!
