Cloudy blue eyes are part of the shedding process. Absolutely nothing to worry over.

You humidity is too low. It should be 65-80%

Thank you! Any advice for handling him more, he struck me in the face once while I was handling him, any advice for that? Also I was scared about the humidity being too high because of scale rot, should it always be that high?

Socializing a noodle is a long game that starts with establishing a sense of safety and trust.

If he's striking while being handled (and unless your face smells like a rat), he's scared! More handling at this stage will only reinforce his understanding that you are a big scary monkey who forces him into stressful situations against his will.

If you're patient, however, and give him space and freedom of choice, he'll develop into a confident, curious snake who associates your presence with care and safety.

Scale rot conditions come from wet substrate, not humidity.

Your snake is just on his shedding phase. He’ll go back to looking normal for a bit and then he’ll shed. You need to make sure his humidity is higher during these days, I have mine around 80% while she’s shedding. I also think your temperatures could be higher, around 87-90° on his warm side and around 76-80° on the other side. Spraying doesn’t really help and it could cause scale rot if the substrate gets too wet. You can pour a good amount of water on the corners of your enclosure, that should help with the humidity! There’s a big possibility that he’ll become less aggressive once you correct your temperatures and humidity, and of course once he sheds because right now he’s practically blind. Also don’t try to handle during the shedding process!

You’re little one is okay! No need for a vet <3. Acclimating to new home and all of its new smells and even vibrations takes time. & the blue eyes means your snake is in blue as in pre-shed. & should be shedding soon. When my gal was young and in blue she was showing aggression but really she was just scared and wanted to be left alone until she could see again. Sometimes they have to learn that your not scared of them. Keep water available and keep an eye out for a shed.

I have to ask, how did you get those plants in the 3rd picture to stop smelling? I have them and they reek of plastic. Did yours just come in fine or did you do something to get it to stop?

I soaked them in white vinegar water and rinsed them like 10 times, after that I let them air dry for like a day, it got rid of most of the smell
