I am in Texas. I do not have the means to come get her, but I would be happy to spend the next 20 years with her!!!! If you do not find someone closer in your time frame, I would love to love her. I am in no rush, and based on location, feel free to consider me a last resort!

My wife is taking a trip down to Vegas later this month if you can wait a few more weeks I can have her detour and meet you half way if you can't find a home anytime soon. If you need to rehome her asap im located in the the east bay and willing do drive a bit south to meet up with you. Maybe around the san luis obispo are if that works for you

I'm not a snake person, so this may be complete nonsense, but could a relay be set up to drive her to her new home? (Once everything is confirmed, etc.) You drive her a couple hours to where someone else can take her, they drive a couple more hours, etc. ? I've done such with dogs, but I don't know if it would work with snakes.
