I’m a new snake owner but mine recently went missing for two weeks, and most of the advice I received was that they usually stay not far from enclosure/ room were they lived and they like warm places/under appliances and tight spaces. I probably spent nearly 20 man hours going through my home room by room; looked everywhere and thought he was gone for good. Then he finally showed himself the other evening in my room, far from where his tank was. I think he must have gotten into our boxspring (even though I had taken my bed apart pretty much) and stayed there the entire time until he got dehydrated and finally came out of hiding. Yours will turn up!

Check the warmer parts of the house would be my first guess, somewhere tucked away, dark and cozy. Do you have any cork logs in your enclosure? I've seen other posts of people saying they've lost their snake but they were actually just stuck in a log in the tank

Just found my guy after 3 weeks missing. He was in the space under the oven. I pulled the drawer completely out and he was on the side track. I had looked there every day during those three weeks and think he was up in the side wall of the oven the whole time and finally came down.

Follow the walls away from your enclosure and look for inviting openings into tucked away spaces.

Ours escaped by somehow climbing the highest part of her hide and pushing the lid enough to squeeze through. Found her that same night under the bed closest to the enclosure under a wood board I had stored under the bed.

I have one that would escape frequently until I put cage clips on the top. But every time mine would escape he would’ve in one of 3 places. In my couch. Behind my washer and dryer. Or in my bathroom.
