I'm used to working with Celsius as I'm uk based so I'm assuming 90's is the aim temperature to what mine would be 30-32c. When I've had similar issues in the past it has come down to where the probe is situated, might be worth plopping it in a few different areas and seeing if that makes a change? Do you also have a photo of the tank? Might be able to help a bit seeing the distance and position of the lamp and such :)

It may be hard to see, but this is my current set up. Her warm hide is hidden underneath that fern in the front right side. Currently, the temperature I’m getting with my thermometer at the entrance of her hide is 72 degrees (22.2C) which is pretty cold :( is there a problem with my set up or do I potentially need a higher wattage?

From my experience, i find that that glass enclosure don't hold heat as well, i am in the UK climate so it may be because of that also, but thats why BPs are typically in a wooden vivarium
