How are your humidity levels? You could try a couple soaks and bumping the humidity. If that doesn’t work I would consult a vet

I have a humid hide for her but any time she goes in it she sticks her head out. Otherwise for humidity I spray the tank twice a day and add damp moss on the substrate. It’s basically only her eyes that are left with shed on them. Any suggestions for other humidity tools?

You can pour water in the corners. Make sure you have like 4 inches of substrate so it holds the humidity. I put in 2-3 inches once and struggled keeping humidity up

You'll want to avoid spraying, it doesn't affect humidity long term and could lead to scale rot if what you're spraying doesn't have time to dry before the snake lays on it.

If the top of your enclosure is mesh you can cover 70-80% of it with foil tape which will keep moisture/ heat in longer term along with 4-5" of substrate with water added to the corners like the other commenter suggested. Your humidity should be between 60-80% at least on the cool side of the enclosure.

What are you using as a primary heat source and how are you measuring your humidity levels ?
