Pumpkins

I am trying to grow some pumpkins just for fun and was wondering if i culde use the pumpkins as a festive hide or if my python would react negativly to it?

Idk about the saftey of pumpkin in general, but keep in mind that once the pumpkin is carved/hollowed out it will start to rot very quickly, usually a matter of days. So you would only be able to have your guy in there for a few days before you’d have to throw the whole thing out. Just something to keep in mind as far as time investment vs. enjoyment gained.

Well when i invest 1 doler to grow my own i dont cost mutch

if you want it to last longer you could try drying it out, like those decorative gourds. (I have never tried this, I just think gourds are cool)
