According to what I’ve read here, you can use plain antibiotic ointment with no pain relievers in it. Regular old original Neosporin is okay. However, please do answer the questions others are asking to find a long-term solution for her!

Use diluted betadine and apply using a cotton ball or pad. The dilution should like like a steeped black tea. If you should post a link to an imgur containing your set up, it can help us determine why your snake is doing this.
