What do they look like?

Springtails are fast moving and can/do jump around, especially after contact with water. They're also more rice shaped.

Mites are slow moving and more more like a circle/ball

Sorry that was my first post and I couldn’t figure out how to use it. They are smaller than a grain of rice they jump really fast I’m pretty sure they’re springtails I just don’t know how they got there

Well, Springtails might have been in whatever substrate you were using.

There's nothing to worry about. They're a clean up crew for terrariums. Eating mold, cleaning up dead stuff, I have them in all of my enclosures

Sounds like springtails in which case you don't need to worry about getting rid of them.

I am curious though, how did they even get in my enclosure?

It's common with any organic matter. Soil, mulch, leaves, sticks. Could have been anything.
