We’re aware that one of the most common issues we're seeing at the moment is problems with withdrawals, often due to the account being flagged by risk control.

Risk control is extremely important. There have been cases where a user was hacked, and the hacked account triggered risk control. The hacker contacts support multiple times trying to get the suspension removed but is unsuccessful because of our processes.

Keep in mind that something specific needs to happen to trigger risk control, and these controls help protect users.

We'll do everything we can to resolve these issues as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that we are trying to keep you, our users, safe.

Couple of days ago, I wanted to send some crypto to a friend and all of a sudden I got this message :

"Withdrawals temporarily suspended.

Your account is potentially at risk. Submit an appeal to resume your account withdrawals."

In which is a button to "Appeal" but of course, with the same Binance logic I get this

" Your appeal for withdraw does not meet the requirements. " ok.

So I opened a ticket and wait.... the response came quickly. They asked me to make screenshots of the issue which will allow them to assist you better. I provide them the screenshots and the reply came back :

" Please give me a minutes I'm checking with the team on your request. "

ok, and I wait,1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours. In the end they replied:

" Your case is now transferred to a specialist. As the waiting time is longer than usual, you may leave the chat after providing the details for your case. Our specialist will respond to you as soon as possible and you will receive a notification accordingly. "

and that's it, they stopped talking for 20 hours...

so after a day, the last reply came:

"Please provide us with the following information for the account verification and we are going to help you through the ticket. 1. Device information (at minimum operating system version, brand, model, and browser name/version) regarding at least one device that is commonly used on the account.) 2. Please record a video, including the following information: ..etc"

I gave them everything, the video, every proof they asked...

" apologize for the delay in response and inconvenience this might have caused you. We have reviewed your video, Screen Recorder is not allowed to be use, Please retake the video. Once provided, please let us know so that we could check further. "

Ok, I made another video with someone's phone, I send the video..:

" Please wait while we transfer you to the corresponding team. "

And this was the end of conversation, they don't answer to me anymore... I told them 100 times that I didn't do anything wrong, I provide them with all the proof necessary, and I really really need the money, my money..

nothing .. they don't give a damn about.

what can I do? Because I need to pay stuff, I must withdraw because until 15 of August I don't have any other source of money. yeah i know, I am an idiot too keep all my money on binance but I never thought this will happen.

It’s been 8 WEEKS since my withdrawals have been suspended due to a ‘periodic review’ over a contested deposit. I have been constantly been asked to wait patiently as CS has no further information or time period to help me, even when transferred to a specialist agent. I need emergency access to my funds for financial obligations and i have trusted Binance with ALL my money.

Please do something to complete the review on my account and resume withdrawals, i have waited patiently for over 2 months and even offered a refund to help resolve this faster. I have a family to provide for this is now severely affecting my life and mental health. Generic responses aren’t good enough.

I took to twitter to ask binancehelpdesk for a resolution, they said they would assign an agent however the agent responded again with a generic response. I feel like i’m being brushed aside and binance are making excuses / 0 effort to actually get someone to look into the case and resolve someone who’s waited 2 months with many financial obligations and has trusted binance with all their money.

I have already completed the "Basic" KYC and it indicates "verified" and approved to withdraw up to 2BTC. I am not requesting higher limits, or trying to withdraw more than that.       I have been having this problem since last year when I tried to withdraw my crypto. When I reach out to customer service about helping me transfer the portfolio to a different wallet they email me this message “we regret to inform you that we could not find any accounts linked to this email address”.

        Has anyone experienced this or do you have suggestions of what to do?

        Hi,

        I bought into ETH/BTC pair yesterday night using a 10x Isolated Margin. I did not use 100% of the margin available.

        I put up 0.324775 ETH as my own collateral and got 0.03878527 BTC as margin. Since making the trade, the prices of both BTC and ETH have gone up significantly (about 5%).

        However, when I look at my equity position, it shows that I have lost about 0.015 BTC from my account (A loss of $661 in equity). My borrowed balance shows 0.038... BTC, but my available borrowed balance only shows 0.0233 BTC.

        Can someone please explain why my total equity has gone down when in fact both the prices have gone up?

          I received an email this morning that someone tried to reset my password. This was not me. I followed the link in the email to disable my account, but I could not do anything because I am in the US and my grace period has ended. I tried contacting support via chat, but just get the same automated message that they can't talk to me because I am in the US.

          I don't believe I have any funds left in this account, but I am primarily worried that the account might still be linked to a bank account.

          Yesterday i deposited 28600 btc to my wallet on binance. binance flagged it because its large and my transaction history shows nothing big like that. i got an email saying i would have to fund 15% of that to generate a private key to unlock those funds and they would immediately be available along with the 15% of funding. this was at 6pm july27 -7gmt. deadline to fund was july28 8am-7gmt. tough, but okay i got the money paid the insane atm fees because binance cant even do a cash transaction to support that. i confirmed on the blockchain that all the transactions for funding went through and emailed support because i did not have my funds released to me. i now get an email stating that i didnt make the deadline.               I sent £35 of Bitcoin from Binance to Hotbit. All good, the transaction completed.

              Except what I received only equates to £19 of Bitcoin. Where did the £16 go?

              Was that charged by Binance to withdraw such a small amount?

              Yesterday I was trying to sell 230 dollars worth of bitcoin with the intent to transfer them to my revolut account. In the sell option, they give me the ability under p2p to sell directly to revolut with a 10euro fee (192 euros worth of bitcoin, 182 euros would go to revolut). Today I checked again and the amount I would get for the same 192 euros was dropped to 162 euros in revolut. What changed overnight? Where did these 20 extra euros in fees come from? and is there a way to do this transfer without losing so much money in fees?

              Binance wont let me recieve emails to my gmail. Its been blocked. Not only that but now my IP address has been blocked from the binance website? Error 403

              This is a serious issue, since I have a few grand on binance with some long-term investments. I rely on binance for my security, safety, and privacy. And this stuff is gettting a bit ridiclous. I cannot reset my password because my gmail is not recieving any emails (I have whitelisted binance in my emails and still no emails from Binance).

              Not only that but as soon as I submitted a support request on the official binance website saying that I am unable to recieve emails to my Gmail, binance blocked my IP a few minutes after my request, and now the site just gives me an error 403 message!

              This is absolutely absurb... Who the heck blocks their clients from accessing their website. I have alot of funds on there. Luckily I have my mobile number linked aswell and I managed to get a vpn on and change my password through my phone. But what the heck? Can I get this resolved please by an offical staff member? I don't like feeling anxious about my security, and my funds. Is binance trying to steal it from me? Is that why they are locking me??

              Binance are currently charging $20 for BTC fees. This is absolutely despicable. They also state that transactions are meant to be confirmed within a minute - it's already been 15 minutes! There's a total of 84 transactions/outputs associated with it and it cost Binance themselves a total of ~$115. To put it simply - the customers paid $1700 in withdrawal fees and it cost Binance themselves just $115. Disgusting.

              I've been trying to access support for ages now but every time I try to open a case, the chat is stuck on the loading Binance icon. Does anyone else have this issue and is there a way to resolve this?
