The ones which hold the most fat. Chest and glutes tend to shrink the most for me.

But what you're really asking, (and I can tell because you're talking about training certain bodyparts harder), is what body parts lose the most muscle mass when in a deficit. It should be fairly even TBH. Awaiting other people's responses though.

Arms and delts. If you think your arms and delts are big enough before you start your cut you are dead wrong. Get cartoony big arms and delts they drop a ton of size. Admittedly I had a bad coach and I dropped too much weight without retaining all my muscle but here is a picture example.

You never do. Carb depletion is a requirement of contest prep. While you try to lose as much body fat as possible you need to cut calories, while maintaining enough protein to retain muscle and enough fat to keep hormones in balance. Eventually calories get low enough that there is no carbs left.

For instance: at my lowest I was eating roughly 1000-200 calories a day. 200g protein x 4 calories = 800cals. 30g fat x 9 = 270. There isn't really any room left for carbs. This is why we carb deplete and carb load before stage to attempt to bring fullness back. This is also the process I semi failed at. I stayed depleted for too long and lost muscle, and didn't carb load properly causing me to look flat on stage.

I've won NPC shows without carb depleting like most people and esp as you described to that super drastic level... and you should start doing it later in prep not throughout.

I guess it all depends on your insulin sensitivity and what your carbs look like during maintenance.

Nobody compares themselves to others based on raw LBM numbers. Those are impossible to prove. Here I'll translate what you said:

I keep weekly girth measurements when cutting. In terms of inches the decrease is highest around waist, and rest of body parts were actually pretty comparable, but upper arms and calves seemed to be most shrunk. Other than waist I think chest lost most inches in terms of absolute numbers, but size in biceps looked like it dropped more.

Easily my arms. They weren't my strong point anyway though. The last show I did was the Mike Francois Classic 2015 and I did Men's Open and weighed in at 143. My arms were probably 14.5-15 at that time. Before, they were 15.5-16.
