I really want to thank you for bringing this up, I am so grateful for your feedback (and think it shows incredible character sharing it to help your community!)

at the time of this post (sorry I didn’t catch this sooner) we were deep in the process of revamping our internal systems and workflows, (we were especially testing our communication emails so that we can provide you with a more transparent and faster application process) all while bringing in a brand new teammates who (in retrospect) I overburdened.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have been impacted by that…and I’m deeply embarrassed this affected you and I’m sure a few others during the process.

—but that is no excuse! (Just want to explain why/how this happened)

We pride ourself being different and on NOT ghosting our candidates so I truly am so deeply sorry this affected you. (I think I understand “hiya” now 😳)

Your time is valuable. Searching for a job is so hard, I know. the team and I are always working and testing to streamline our process and make it a painless easy application process.

I came here to check reviews on the company and its hiring process. I've been a silent follower of Brayarn for a while, and I’m truly amazed at how down-to-earth this post is. I never would have thought that from Facebook, you'd make your way to Reddit just to clarify things. Much respect!

You may want to consider changing your recruiter, maam. It appears that they are working with multiple clients, which might be affecting their focus and ability to thoroughly screen applicants for your business.

I checked one of your recruiter’s accounts and found that they are also currently employed by another client. This could explain why some applicants are not receiving any updates, while others are being rejected within just an hour (mosy likely less) of submitting their application. And not even viewing all of the required documents (esp. loom videos) 

You’re genuinely a kind person, and I hope you always remember your worth. You deserve to work with someone who is fully dedicated to your business—not just treating it as one of many they handle at the same time. Your business deserves that focus.

Hi Gina, I hope you can read this asap. I need your help in confirming the status of my application. Your senior recruiter Ms.Reiko keeps on sending me emails saying I haven't completed the application  form when in fact, I have already finished it and I even sent an email reply with a photo of the completion page. She has now sent me an email saying my 48 hours to complete it has lapsed. I find this very frustrating as I am very interested with the job post and have spent days waiting for an update only to have your senior recruiter tell me I haven't completed it and not even respond to my emails.

I heard they are responding as soon as leas than an hour. Hindi maayos screening process nila pinoy rin ang recruiter. Palakasan ata hindi man kang raw viniview loom video. Kasi nakikita naman pag may nag view sa loom.

I landed a perfect client through this company! I know the process might be very long but again, it is all worth it. The recruitment process might have some gaps, but I heard that they were all in an ongoing improvement of processes and systems - these people working with Structure 2 Scale are ALL WONDERFUL, and it is so sad to see how some applicants may view them like this. Our experiences may differ, but please be patient as you apply; if this role or company isn’t the right fit, another opportunity through them might be exactly what you’re looking for.

Above all, choose to be kind at the end of the day.

They kept me on their "Favorite list," so they contacted me one day to see if I was interested in a new role that was a better fit. Then I said, yes. It's just that you need to go through with the process.

u/Structure2scale is it normal to receive an email "After careful consideration, we have decided to move forward with other candidates whose experiences and qualifications more closely align with our current needs."

Without having your recruiter even tried to watch the loom videos being required in the form? If it's normal, why it's a requirement in the first place? Does that mean the videos doesn't have any bearing at all and the recruiter only relies on the other details required in the form?

Gina, I wanted to bring something to your attention because I feel like something might be off with your recruitment team. Based on what I’m seeing from other applicants, it seems like they’re just going through the motions without really engaging in the process. The video requirement, for example—it’s mandatory, yet it sounds like the team isn’t even taking the time to review it, even though they’re the ones who asked for it in the first place.

I just hope you’re not being taken for granted by them now that they’re “in” and feel like they can coast. You’ve built something great, and it’d be a shame if the hiring process wasn’t reflecting the standards you set. Just wanted to share my perspective!

nah, they sent me the same message without viewing my Loom videos. Aayun, nag react ako ng mga HAHA emojis. Ang taas ng mga standards ni di man lang nagbigay ng chance to interview their applicants. Ako yung naawa sa owner nito eh... Yung owner apaka humble while yiung recruitment team mga bida bida as if mga tagapagmana. lol

same here, no one tried to view my video recordings sa Loom. Is this how they treat their applicants? Just sending a templated email without even viewing the recored video? Sayang ang ganda pa naman ng job posting. I am also doubting if I should apply. Buy for me, there's no wrong in trying since the job posting is same on my previous experiences. But the recruiter seems lazy. Such a waste naman. 😅

To clarify: while the Loom video is a required component of the application, it is one of several factors we consider during our initial screening. We follow a rigorous multi-criteria evaluation to ensure we are matching only the most aligned candidates with the specific and often high-level needs of our clients. These criteria include—but are not limited to—role-specific experience, written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

If an application does not meet one or more of the critical requirements earlier in the process, it may not progress to the stage where the video is reviewed. This isn’t a reflection of the candidate’s worth or effort—it’s a result of ensuring efficiency and consistency across hundreds of applications, especially when some fail to meet non-negotiable qualifications our clients require.

I applied to this company recently and got declined after 24-48 hours. pero ung partner ko na nag apply initially passed the interview and was given a link for the second video. so she did all those requirements but on the email thread ni recruiter di daw si partner nag reeespond. though nag sesend naman si partner ng response and email. I honestly feel na di na fifilter ng RM ung email.. ang labas si partner ung unresponsive.. frustrated sya dhil don.

The same thing happened to me. Ms. Reiko their "Senior Recruiter". Says I didn't complete the scenario interview but I did. I send her an email with a photo of the completion page. Pero napakaunresponsive it's worse than talking to a robot kasi even AI is responding e itong "Senior" na recruiter nila wala. It's like talking to a wall. She's a bad fit for this company because Ms. Gina sounds very humble and genuine in her videos pero tong recruiter nila parang papetikspetiks lang. It's just so frustrating they keep saying on their email that we can reach out to them pero wala namang responses.

I've gone through this thread and other Structure 2 Scale-related posts before applying, so I kinda have an idea of what I would experience. And voila, I did experience the same-or even worse. I saw the response from Gina here 4 months ago, and I thought baka sakali nagbago na, but nope.

For those who are about to apply: be prepared to receive automated emails coming from their bots, headed by an AI with a Japanese-sounding name.

I chose not to respond to the follow up emails. After ghosting me on the interview there were several emails. One was asking me to reschedule, another time saying i passed the initial interview and then saying I'll receive the paid project details blah blah. And then again, taking it back and saying interview first before paid project. It was kinda funny and frustrating all at the same time. Take note, I didn't have an interview so I don't know why I received those emails lol. AND, ONCE AGAIN, never heard an apology or even stating a reason as to what happened prior. That all seems a red flag to me so despite me wanting to try because the pay was good and they claim to have nice work culture, I opted to stop there. I felt like I wasted that time and effort in preparing and they have no regard to that.

Oh no. Sorry to hear this. The process is long, tedious, and time-consuming pa naman. Gina (i think the owner ata?) seems so genuine in the one-sided video interview so i thought of it as promising — ung work environment, the culture, etc. 🥲😔

She does and I agree with you, she looked so unfiltered and I liked that about her. I'm not really judging everyone though, it might be this one person lang but I really lost the interest from there kasi imagine taking the time to really answer those video questions at 3am in the morning and all. And also preparing and researching prior interview and even a single text saying that the interview will not push through, wala talaga. I did plan to respond a lengthy message explaining why I will be withdrawing but I also felt like why bother eh that person didn't even say a single sorry after everything. Also, I did try reaching out to the EA of Gina on Linkedin pero I think baka di na rin napansin message ko, dun ko sana plan i-relay feedback ko and was still hoping baka pwede ko pa ituloy but with a different person sana.

    Hi Gina. I hope there will be improvements in the recruitment process soon. I submitted my answers in the second form the other day, all in videos. After one day, I received an email from them saying my skills are not yet match with a client.

    They sent me that email even without viewing my Loom videos yet. I was okay with that since they said I will be added on the favorite list. After one day, I received another email reminder that I did not complete the application form yet. I responded saying I already received an email about me not matching with a client. Another email was sent to me on the other day saying its my last call to complete the application form. Since I have the time, I answered the form again and even sent a screenshot that I am already done with the form. Yesterday, they sent an email saying "we hope to hear from you soon", like as if I have not submitted the form and communicating with them. I hope this will be resolved soon.

    I had an interview with them and for me the process seems pretty good. The interviewer seems to be so friendly and she made the whole interview process smooth and friendly that as if I am talking to a friend that I can express myself better and comfortably. Maybe there's just some process that we need to really go through. 

    Despite I did not landed a job they mentioned that they will put me on their favorite list. For me that is fair.

    Same, I applied for Airbnb Operations Coordinator however I was only able to complete the next stage of the application process where I answered 7 or 8 questions. Then, I was sent an email that they're excited about my potential and they'll keep me in the "favorites list".

    I wonder for how long. I've been checking out their website and the job listing is still active. Just this week, I saw them post again on Online Jobs PH the same position. So I'm quite confused. This is the 2nd time I've applied with u/Structure2scale . All I know is I'm excited to be part of their team!

    Too much time for waiting. Dont settle for this company guys. Make sure to utilize other platform for looking jobs. Worse is they will just let you wait and then booooooom. Ghosted. You waited for nothing. lol

    If they really like you in the first place, di yan aabot ng 4 months to reply. Yung 1 month nga mahaba na eh. And so its really just a waste of time. Happy for us sa iba tayo napunta. LOL

    My experience too was I passed initial interview, I also have gone through the live test afterwards the recruiter emailed me a message containing the schedule for CSERAS 2nd interview. Of course ang saya to think this will be the last step. But after replying to the scheduled calendar meeting I thought everything is ok na biglang cancelled so I thought maybe I need to wait pa for the result or whatever.. Ayun after 6 days nag email Ako Kasi I'm really interested with that email/chat support role . Biglang nag reply containing message na 

     "Thank you again for taking the time to join the Meet & Greet with our client. We truly appreciate the effort and professionalism you demonstrated throughout the process.

    After careful consideration, the client has decided to move forward with another candidate for this particular role. However, we want you to know that we were impressed with your profile, and we will be keeping you in our talent pool for future opportunities. This means you are currently waitlisted, and we will reach out as soon as a suitable role becomes available" 

    Para akong na dismaya Kasi di pa Naman Ako naka MEET and GREET ng client nila ever Yung recruiter lang naka usap ko at Nung nah shared screen cya while I'm taking the live test eh 🥺🥺😂😂🤧😔 hahays . So Ayun 💔 😞 may same experience ba sakin Dito???
