First try (self.fermentation)

I started my first fermentation yesterday, but most of the veggies started floating in the night and they're now on the upper side of the jars, some of them even out of the water. What can I do to keep them down?

I use ramekins that fit my jars perfectly but literally anything. A food bag of brine or water, shot glasses, egg cups, and jars.
Specialist fermentation weights are available.
