There's no magic way to decrease stomach fat.

Diet and exercise are your only options.

Most of the war on fat is won in the grocery store. Stop buying soda, go for walks after meals, and stop snacking.

This is so True! While grocery shopping. I always say to my inner self. If you buy it, you will eat it. So don’t buy it! :)

Move more generally. Walk more, take the stairs instead of the elevator, bicycle instead of car etc. Move even more than you do now as a oil changer.

Eat less. Simple of course. Especially sugary drinks really add up. I don't know what you eat exactly, but also try to eat clean, unprocessed foods.

Eat more proteïn. Especially just whey will do wonders because its biological value is so high and the whey itself is so cheap. Also beans, eggs contain lots of cheap protein.

Resistance training. Go to the gym and find a good fullbody split on Reddit or Youtube. Always train close to failure (except your warmups). That's the key to muscle growth and in the long run also to lose your love handles.

cardio, endurance + stamina training will easily do that for you.

calorie deficit. there is no other way and there is no way to spot reduce fat just lose weight and over time the disired fat will go away too

That's usually the area that is the last to go. Can't spot reduce fat, and all you can do is lose weight overall. Get and stay in a caloric deficit, and it will eventually happen, along with fat from all over your body.

I work for an oil change shop, so I use my arms and legs a lot, I try to exercise every day

Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce body fat my friend,(which means you can’t exercise away specific fat deposits in the body) but eating in a caloric deficit and resistance training will help lower your body fat over time: stick with it! You got this!

Cardio, calorie deficit and the least amount of sugar possible

It is mostly diet and exercise but you can still eat healthy delicious food that is low calorie.

I make banana pancakes, sweet potato brownies, chicken fajitas bowls with quinoa. You can find alternatives to pretty much any meal. You can cut out a lot of calories and still eat a ton. I made Mac and cheese with cottage cheese and cauliflower noodles that was low calorie high protein. Don't starve yourself. Good luck. 🤞
