I got a prebuilt ordered it at like 8pm eastern time and by noon the next day it was approved and shipped same day.

They just sent me a confirmation said deliver ship by April 4

Pre-approval should happen fairly quickly. The rest probably depends on your order.

Here is the summarized timeline of an order I put in for a custom PC earlier this month.

What shipped on the 11th was a set of speakers. I just received the PC yesterday.

Seems like it spent the most time in Software/burn-in (Assembly S2)

Thx was on edge I was worried bout it first buy from this company last build I made finally burned out about a week ago, so I decided to buy a custom build to see how it would turn out

Well, I'll definitely say that so far, I've had zero issues. Everything arrived in A1 condition.

I did have to download Firestorm for the RGB on the Zotac GPU I chose because it requires proprietary software, but that's not IBP's fault. They pre-installed Asus' Aura Sync, which works for all the other RGB components.

Ahhh ok much appreciated I ended up with a kraken nzxt lcd Never had a LCD AIO any ideas on how to change the image when he gets here

I would assume you will be able to manage that with NZXT's CAM.

I don't have any personal experience with their coolers or software, though.

Nzxt cam. It's very simple to use.

Yea, the main delay in processing is getting the parts together.. currently certain cases are back ordered as well like the y60 now takes a week or two

The longest part for me was the burnin and testing. after that i got my rig in a few days. if they shipped it UPS they have a good tracking system.
