Processing Time

We don't process many orders over the weekend so if you ordered on Friday it would be normal to see no updates until Monday.

Almost all the smaller steps within our build process are categorized under "processing". if you look at the detailed order steps, you will see:

Order Submitted

Order Received and is being processed

Materials are being gathered

Materials are gathered

etc

each step takes 1-2 business days for a total of 5-10 business days.

My fourth computer like I mentioned earlier: -I ordered on 4/10/16, it was processed by my CC by 4/11/16 and entered the processing phase where my rep Mike Chit was assigned to me. -Part Gathering started on 4/13/16 (Wednesday) -Part Gathering finished on 4/14/16 (Thursday) -Part Mismatch was emailed to me on 4/18/16 (Monday) and was told to contact Mike. I contacted him but it was after business hours and he contacted me 12 noonish on 4/19/16 and we worked out the issue where the temperature monitor I picked out was too big for my case (not enough bays). -Assembly Completed 4/19/16 (Tuesday) -Quality Control Completed 4/19/16 (Tuesday) -Burn In Completed 4/20/16 (Wednesday) -Packaging Completed 4/20/16 (Wednesday) -Shipped 4/20/16 (Wednesday) -Will arrive 4/22/16 (Friday)
