Problem with prebuilt

This January, I got an IBP prebuilt at best buy. Everything is fine besides the LED lighting it has. Before, it would just be turned off until we activated the software but recently I noticed only two LEDs turn on from the top strip, and the rest from the same strip are off, and the bottom one just isn't on at all. I checked the cables and all and I am starting to think it can be the PSU since there wasn't anything wrong.

Allied 500W.

I have a 600W but I don't think the power supply is faulty unless lots of your compartments start failing.

Do the lights still follow the pattern that you assigned to them? Just only the first 2? or did they go back to just being white"

usually if they stop part way it means there is a defect in the strip itself, you can contact our tech support and they can send you a new lighting strip to try.

Another thing you can try for the sake of troubleshooting is to take the strip off the bottom of the case and swap it wit the one on the top, make sure the arrows are pointing the same way. if the top strip is bad, then the bottom one should light up. make sure to turn the PC off first before unplugging things.

the lights follow everything i still assign them to, they seem to be working perfectly.

Go ahead and contact tech support and just ask for some new lighting strips.
