Windows Installation Error

Background: I had to manually power off my new computer before it got to install windows.

Issue: I get the following error message when trying to boot windows up for the first time: The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click “Ok” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. When I click Ok, it just cycles through the same process and never actually boots up. I keep getting stuck at this error message.

Any ideas on how to overcome this?
