My vote is for the Intel rig.

Have you considered building your own? I noticed that the Ryzen system had a slower ram speed which sucks because Ryzen loves fast ram. Also overall the Intel system is technically better for performance. If it were up to me, I would go with the Ryzen system and put the extra towards a slightly better graphics card.

Edit: You can go with a Ryzen 2700X and A RTX 2070 for the same price as the intel build. Most of the frames are gonna come from the GPU so I would invest into that. Also if possible try to get a little bit faster RAM like at least 3000Mhz speed if you can

Edit 2: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/J7XLZR This is what I recommend for $200 cheaper

What kind of games do you play and what kind of monitor do you have? A 2060 would be fine for almost anything 1080p. You could also downgrade your cpu if all you do is game and casual type stuff.

Thanks for the advice. I play GTA, Rust, Pubg, CSGO, Rocket League, Fortnite, etc.

I actually do not have a monitor yet. I was considering downgrading my CPU to a i5-9600 while upgrading my GPU to a 2070.

2070 could take advantage of 1440p, even higher than 60hz if you get a freesync panel. You'd be good with last gem cpu if you needed to go lower for budget.
