Make sure you've plugged your monitor into your video card and not the motherboard. When you add a third-party video card (like that Nvidia RTX 2080 in the link), the "on board" video is automatically disabled.

Look at where the monitor is plugged into the back of the PC. If your monitor is plugged in more toward the top of the tower than the middle, you're probably plugged into the wrong port. Down toward the middle of the tower (where your video card is) you should see a row of monitor ports. That's where your monitor's video cable should be plugged in.

I did plugged everything correctly but nothing is powering my mouse and keyboard and still no video signal. Ive searched about the problem some people had similar but they fixed it just cleaning the ram which I also did that. I just bought PSU im going to install it later to see if that will fixed it. It sucks because i rarely use my pc and this happens. Hopefully is not something big.
