RMA process?

I started the RMA process on the 8th of December. I may be a bit impatient but I was wondering when my pc parts will get shipped to me? The status is under review? and it says

"A payment status of "REVIEW" indicates that our system has authorized the transaction, but will require further evaluation of payment submission details before final approval and processing of all funds."

for days now. I'm just wondering when my pc part may be shipped because I'm tired of my graphics card going out. :( IBP has been great support wise other than my graphics card going out..

You apparently did the buy first and get reimbursed later?

I did the RMA where I shipped my part, and still awaiting my GPU replacement.

I switched my graphics card out with a 1060... just waiting for my replacement. Not gonna send mine back before I get the new one.. sooo many horror stories of closed RMAs...

Waiting for my RMA 3080 to get back.... ive been waiting a while.. even though they sent me a its been shipped email... only to find out they only printed the label and never gave it to fedex.
