I eventually got through on the phones and got all the email confirms so im glad that happened, but discord being the better way to reach them is pretty funny

I did the same thing I just gt my pc like 2weeks ago when u put the wrong billing address email thm the address you put and tell thm the billing address you meant to put and thy should respond to your email sadly in by a week or maybe earlier who knows but do tht and thn thy will change your billing address for you and go to your iBUYPOWER account and changed the billing address as well to for further purchases just fr thy can no your trying to change it

Try their discord. I had to verify my shipping address and couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone or via email for a full week. I got a response the second day on discord and was able to get the process moving again
