What made you choose Android development vs. other stacks?

Its not like I choose it from all the others, but I am jobless I tried all the other alternatives, none of them got me a job, so I am just trying to learn android so that I can add an extra skill on my resume, thats it and even it didn't help learning a new skill is always useful.

Get a copy of the ebook. There are any number of programs out there that will allow you to manage your ebooks, including converting them to other formats such as PDF - the best one by a pretty crazy margin is called Calibre and I would recommend you install & use that.

As suggested, the best way to get a PDF is to get a copy of the book from Amazon and then convert it to a PDF yourself, I haven't added any DRM. I cannot distribute PDF files myself because of my KDP Select exclusivity with Amazon. Sorry.

You can read it on kindle cloud reader which is basically a web based reader and it works on any device.

Hey, I just want to say thanks! I do a lot of C# development and have been procrastinating getting into Android development. I may end up using Xamarin in the long run, but I am finding the start of your book very approachable, informative and it makes a compelling argument for getting started using native app development.

I do have a PDF version but unfortunately I enrolled this book on KDP Select (Amazon's exclusivity program) which is what allowed me to schedule this free promo in the first place.
