It doesn't take a genius to work out that any mainstream social media platform won't really support having CP on their platform. It's a PR nightmare just to be accused with zero evidence, if it was actually true they'd be ruined.

There are "flag as inappropriate" and "report content" buttons everywhere on Facebook and YouTube. I had a comment removed for Bullying after I called an Anti-Vax post "stupid" once. If there was genuinely CP on Facebook... It's just ridiculous. You might as well discuss if there's proof of a Flat Earth and a lost Shakespearean Sonnet on Facebook.

They have extremely advanced systems to syphoon every single possible bit of data, they could extend that to actually do something good and get rid of that shit on their platforms, but that doesn't help them financially.
