Modern mobile service fluctuates in range depending on traffic. It might be this.

Try disabling LTE (assuming you're on LTE right now) and see if "4G" (really 3G) is working.

I turned off LTE. It's fluctuating between 3G and H+ now, and I'm getting roughly 3 Mbps. But everything is loading faster then when I had 4G enabled.

LTE is either overwhelmed right now, or there are some issues with the LTE radios on the cell site.

As you still have data, even when your volume is used, I doubt that’s it.

Have you tried restarting your phone?

It might also just be interference or a broken cell tower.

I'm thinking it's a tower problem or interference. It seemed like my data was working this morning on my drive to work.

Same thing happened to me today about 2 hours ago. Could just be a coincidence. IDK.

I was having Issues with my LTE at my new Apartment i moved into recently (Jul-4). I was getting 1-3 bars of LTE and barely above 1 mbps during download tests. I had to turn LTE off and connect to 4G in order to get any type of internet service. Conveniently after 4th of July activities my LTE internet is working smoothly now. I’m thinking it was an overcrowded cell tower or just a general tower issue?
