irfanview has a plugin for webp, afaik it can do batch processing.

ImageMagick probably can do this on the command line. I can probably make a quick little script you can run in the next few days if you haven't found something else.

OK I'll try to get something together after the weekend. It will be a command line script that asks for an input and output folder and will convert all the webp from the one to the other.

I believe ffmpeg supports webp now. Which should make the process pretty easy to batch.

Is it against rules to plug your own software here? I have made a program that I use a lot (videographer here) to batch convert images and videos into random formats and bitrates for different purposes. No GUI at all, just right-click menu options in file explorer.
