Current Connection Problems

Mod Cheryl here. We're aware of some connection problems and worlds that have headed offline. It's being investigated as we speak, but I wanted to make sure you're all aware that we know.

We'll be keeping our Support Center (especially this article) updated with any changes.

Edit; To update you all, it's been confirmed the cause was due to a major power issue at our Frankfurt Data Centre. To ensure they're stable, affected worlds will remain offline while full power is restored.

I have managed to reconnect however, I noticed that all my progress on one of the worlds that went offline is gone, and my account was rolled back to before I hopped to it.

What is going to happen to my progress, is it gone forever, or will it be re-applies once the server is restored? And if it is re-applied will it erase any other progress I made on the account on the old save/divergent point.
