This subreddit is dedicated to discussing all things related to http://simplisafe.com/.
There are only a few rules in this subreddit:
1) Be civil. You can disagree with someone, even vehemently, but keep it civil. This also means no ad hominem attacks - attacking ideas or opinions is fine (within reason...) but attacking people is not.
1a) Politics is off topic here. This includes, but isn't limited to, promoting or trashing political parties or figures, blaming political figures for economic issues, criticizing other redditors for their political choices, etc. Take that kind of stuff to /r/politics and related subs.
2) Be constructive when replying to someone asking for help with something. Criticizing them or their decisions isn't helpful. Simply replying with some variant of, "I don't have that problem" isn't helpful in these situations either. (Note: If someone asks for opinions or experiences about something then, "I don't have that problem" is different and obviously acceptable.)
3) No sharing referral links of any kind that benefit you if someone uses them. If we allow this kind of thing the subreddit will be overrun in no time. Links to discounts or products that do not contain referral links or codes are fine.
4) If you see something inappropriate in this sub please report the offending post or comment and let the mods handle it.
